Cracked by EARP BROS

Drought is one the most significant and reoccurring natural disasters in Australia. Drought is a huge environmental issue, that effects much more than just the land. It effects the water quality and quantity, land health, welfare of animals, growth of crops and vegetation and so much more. Cracked is showroom fit out for the company EARP BROS and their green tag certified tiles. These tiles are made with 6% recycled materials in Spain, created and designed to have a full life and are the first in Australian to receive Global GreenTag Level A and GoldPlus. To display these tiles and their sustainable components, the showroom educates clients on the effects of drought through timber and other sustainable materials. The main feature is the floor is created with cracked EARP BROS tiles that were broken in transit, to allow them to be repurposed and mimic the effects lack of water as on our soil. This design was made using sketch up and rendered in twin motion.
